This business seated in a typical house of the 19th century of Georgian style, saw the light in the year 1995, a little time after a trip to Santiago of Chile of her owner (Anita Flores Zúñiga). She, a teacher by profession, stayed, as usual in her profession, in the Teacher's Home. Her co-hosting and profession, commented to her their desire to travel to know Iquique, and the possibility of staying in the teacher's home in that city. This facility did not exist at that epoch in Iquique, so upon returning decided to embark on this commercial adventure and created it. Since then, this has been the preferred hotel for education professionals passing through Iquique. But in addition, and curiously, in this moment the vast majority of its guests are foreign citizens from all over the world.
